The Magazine of Talassio Collection will discuss the figures of those make the experience at the Grand Hotel Alassio Beach & SPA Resort unique. Today we will talk about four of our employees who in the last two years have contributed to the success of our entire company with dedication, commitment and great passion.
Among the protagonists of Gruppo Talassio Collection team, we would like to introduce Costantino Bocchiddi, Back of House Manager
Costantino has been working at Gruppo Talassio Collection since 2011. He covered various posts, from assistant manager, to purchase manager, to operation director, before becoming what he’s currently, i.e. Back of House Manager. Over the last three years, his career has changed in terms of different and detailed responsibilities. Now Costantino is in charge of maintenance, housekeeping, purchases, administration, beach and everythin else behind Grand Hotel Alassio’s management. His job is evolving, together with the Group’s growth, towards a more corporate dimension including the already existing assets and for the upcoming openings.
Among the female figures, we would like to talk about Adji Diagne, our
Housekeeping Manager Adji boasts a beautiful 5 star Luxury Hotel experience, built with passion and dedication. She has chosen this job because she loves contact with people, and opted for Grand Hotel Alassio because she loves being like in family. She does everyday everything possible – and even impossible – to make guests feel good and to offer them a service up with the Hotel.
Season after season, Adji grows with the group and, as she always reminds, “we are a family and, when you are in a family, you give all you can to make things work at their best”.
We also want to share with you the wonderful career path of our Andrea Delfino
Andrea joined the Grand Hotel Alassio family in 2014 as SPA Receptionist. After seven years of great personal and professional growth with Talassio Collection Group, voilà the possibility to become Beach Manager during the Summer Season. Thanks to her skills and her remarkable attitude to work with the public, with Winter coming, she is proposed to work in the Front Office. Getting out of her comfort zone and facing a more challenging reality, Andrea found herself different, more aware and self-confident.

We could not conclude without telling you about Dario Toscani, Front Office
Manager
Born in Rome, after a working period in London, Dario came back to Italy to start his career. He joined Grand Hotel Alassio immediately after the hardest Covid months, taking from the first day the role of Assistant Front Office Manager. His job is about supervising all the front desk team. The most motivating aspect of this job is, according to Dario, being a reference point for the younger colleagues who work in a Grand Hotel for the first
time, as well as being in contact with the public. Savoir-faire, dynamism, joy and patience are the right ingredients for this career, plus a very important skill that really makes the difference: the ability to think out of the box, thus making each guest’s experience memorable
