E preferisco che sia sempre monogusto, per non andare a disturbare l\u2019attenzione su altri sapori. Eventualmente poi prendo un\u2019altra coppetta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>Qual \u00e8 il suo gusto di gelato preferito?<\/em><br>Sono una persona semplice, ma c\u2019\u00e8 un gusto pi\u00f9 di tutti che mi porta all\u2019infanzia, perch\u00e9 il gelato \u00e8 un po\u2019 come la madeleine di Proust. Il gelato che mi porta all\u2019infanzia \u00e8 la stracciatella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>Se anche il gelato segue la moda, quali saranno i nuovi trend dell\u2019estate?<\/em><br>La moda ritorna sempre e i trend dell\u2019estate saranno i grandi classici della gelateria italiana, non dimenticando qualche esperienza particolare come infusioni di t\u00e8 o di fiori. Ma io ricordo sempre con piacere il trend verso la<br>classicit\u00e0 del gelato italiano: la stracciatella, la crema, il pistacchio, la nocciola. Quelli non devono mancare mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>Nel suo libro Il gelato tutto l\u2019anno ha raccolto una serie di ricette dolci e salate, per ogni stagione. Ci racconta la pi\u00f9 curiosa?<\/em><br>Beh, sicuramente il gelato al burro e acciughe. Lo abbino con uno spaghetto aglio olio e peperoncino risottato in rapa rossa con briciole di pane tostato all\u2019aglio e finocchietto selvatico.
