La sua cucina creativa in continua evoluzione, perfettamente bilanciata tra ricercatezza e<br>semplicit\u00e0, esaltazione del gusto e freschezza della materia prima, entrer\u00e0 in commistione con quella di altri grandi chef per creare inediti men\u00f9 stellati a quattro mani. Un\u2019occasione unica per assaggiare le creazioni di alcuni tra i pi\u00f9 importanti Maestri della cucina italiana contemporanea e per coniugare il piacere del buon cibo alla magnifica vista del golfo alassino. Tra alcuni dei grandi nomi che hanno incantato il pubblico con piatti \u201cstellati\u201d (in tutti i sensi): Matteo Sivero, Enrico Derflingher, Andrea Berton, Marco Cahssai, Eugenio Boer, Domenico Candela, Alfio Ghezzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altro ingrediente protagonista sar\u00e0 la pizza, interpretata dal Maestro Stefano Miozzo, campione Mondiale di Pizza Classica e Pizza in Pala, inserito nella Hall of Fame del Campionato Mondiale della Pizza e patron della pizzeria Zio M\u00f2. Durante l\u2019estate la specialit\u00e0 partenopea sar\u00e0 al centro di numerose rassegne gastronomiche qui al Grand Hotel Alassio, con guest da tutta Italia.<br>Una su tutti: \u201cLa pizza e le bollicine\u201d, in cui la pizza di Stefano Miozzo incontra un insolito e nobile accostamento: le bollicine Champagne Pommery. Pizze contemporanee e classiche che non dimenticano le proprie origini.
